Practice Better Login

With your Mighty Minerals Package, you will receive an invitation to create an account with Practice Better, my electronic health record system. Please check your email (and spam folder).

This is where you'll view your lab results and action plan. This also hosts HIPAA compliant messaging, which is what'll we'll use to chat before your Results & Review Session as needed.

HTMA

The HTMA testing kit includes everything you need to collect a small hair sample at home, along with simple instructions for collection and submission.

You’ll snip a small amount of hair close to the scalp, package it in the provided collection materials, and send it directly to the lab for analysis—no blood draw, appointment, or special preparation required.

You can expect your testing kit in the next 5-7 business days.

  1. Your access to functional testing
    • HTMA - mineral testing (hair test)
      • You can expect your testing kit in the next 5-7 business days. There are detailed instructions in the kit, so please be sure to read those carefully. If you have any questions, please reach out via email or msg through Practice Better.
  2. Resources for Foundational mineral support  while you await your lab results.
  3. One (60 minute) 1:1 Results & Review Session (via phone) to review results and make strategic changes related to that data, with any appropriate supplement recommendations. *You will have access to my professional grade supplement dispensary.
