“What’s for dinner?” Possibly my least favorite question, EVER. And for good reason. Coming up with something new, that the family will eat, that doesn't break the bank or take 3 hours to make, that is ALSO nutritious - that's stressful! And I'm a dietitian. I KNOW how to eat well. But translating that into a healthy meal (that my family will actually eat), now that's the tricky part. Let me save you some time.

How it Works

If you've tried downloading a free meal plan before, I'll tell you now, this is different. Every recipe suggestion is thoroughly tested to ensure it's delicious, easy to make, and helps you meet your goals. And it's personalized for you, and your family's, real life situation and preferences. Here’s how it works:​

2. Click here to book a 15 minute call so I can answer any questions you have.

3. Already know this is for you? Ready to take the stress out of dinner time?

  • For $99 per month, you’ll receive weekly, customizable meal plans with over 30 recipes!

  • First month includes a free 30-minute call with me (the dietitian) to review preferences and allergies before your meal plan is finalized.

  • Each recipe contains nutrition information with easy prep and directions.

  • Meal planner includes a smart grocery list that tells you exactly what to buy.

3-Day Trial Tips

  • It's a trial of your chosen meal plan, for 3 days. You can actually see three weeks from ​the plan you choose, but you only have access to your plan for 3 days.

  • After you sign up for your free trial, you'll receive a brief how-to email, as well as one with "Meal Plan Tips and Tricks." Please read this one!

*The 28-Day Refresh has 7 days/week of meals, the 5-Day plans have 5 days/week, and the 3-Day plans have 3 days/week).* 

It can be overwhelming to have 7 days of breakfasts, lunches, snacks, and dinners. The 3-Day and 5-Day plans allow for more flexibility, while still providing plenty of structure and great recipes. It's your call! You'll have access to a database of meals that fit your plan, so you can also fill in those blank days with healthy meals of your choice.
