A detailed Meal Planning Questionnaire - you will receive this with your confirmation email. It must be completed prior to your 30-minute strategy session.

30-minute strategy session with me, your nutritionist. We will review your questionnaire and focus on your lifestyle, goals, and how to get you the most out of your new plan.

Allow 3-5 days for me to create your plan. You will be emailed a pdf file that you can download and print. I recommend printing and keeping it in a 3-ring binder for easy access.

A 15-minute check-in session one week after you receive and implement your plan. We can make any changes or adjustments at this time, and I can answer any other questions you might have.
